To provide administrative and secretarial support to a small team.
 
What You’ll Give Our Customers
Your two main accountabilities will be administrative assistance as well as account and cost maintenance. This will include managing a diary of the direct line manager. You will be organizing meetings while taking charge of the office administration. You will need to be able to generate purchase orders and keep track of all invoices.

Requirements
The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:
  • NQF 4: Grade 12, with good pass in English
  • Office administration Diploma
  • 2 years Administration experience
  • Banking experience
  • Clear criminal record
