Our agricultural client from Stellenbosch is in need of an Administrative Coordinator with strong leadership capabilities to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Opening of contracts on system
Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
Collecting of unsigned contracts
Exporting Administration
Collection and distribution of export documentation
Requesting of export certificates by PPECB
Requesting of Photos
Minimum requirements:

Relevant degree would be advantageous
At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or financial role
Strong leadership capabilities – experience leading an admin team
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Good Excel skills
Excellent client services and communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Availability to be immediate to maximum 30 days’ notice
Currently located within the Western Cape
Salary on offer: R 14 000 – R 16 000 p/m CTC (Incl. Pension Fund contribution) + 13th Cheque
