About the Position

Output/Core Tasks:

Implement the Business strategy for the region.
Manage the business performance of the Client Care Service Offices for the region.
Building and maintain relationships with key business partners, such as Distribution and other businesses within the Sanlam group.
Ensure that the offices within the region effectively contribute to the business Unit meeting its Client Satisfaction & Experience standards.
Compiling/Managing of Operational & Capital budgets – make decisions regarding resources and the allocation thereof to the business.
Manage the facilities for all offices allocated for the region.
Manage people spread across the region.
Manage Operational and ad hoc projects within the business, as allocated/delegated on behalf the Front Offices Manager’s office.
Facilitate a High Performance Work Environment.
Implement & facilitate Training & Development of personnel.
Implement Reward and recognition programmes that would effectively align with the business objectives.
Role Requirements:

Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12
Relevant commercial degree or industry related qualification
Knowledge and Experience:

Must have insurance industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of:
Life Assurance environment
Client Services and client facing business
Experience in managing people operating in different office [distance office & staff management]
Experience in managing business performance of more than one office
Extensive knowledge on Client Care Centre back office operations
